Styria
It's based on Sheridan LeFanu's renowned 19th century vampire story Carmilla. In1989, Lara Hill (Eleanor Tomlinson) visits an abandoned castle with her art historian father (Stephen Rea). Carmilla emerges from a car wreck outside the palace. Lara lures Carmilla into the castle, where they develop a passionate bond. When Carmilla inexplicably vanishes and the town's women begin to commit suicide, Lara's emotional scars erupt into a nightmare that swallows Styria.
