Sweet Country
It is 1929 in the vast, desert-like Eastern Arrernte Nation territories that have become known as Central Australia's outback. Sam Kelly, a middle-aged Aboriginal man, farms the land of a benevolent preacher named Fred Smith. After an out-of-control bully arrives in town and Kelly murders him in self-defense, he and his wife flee as a posse gathers to hunt him down.
