Tall Tale

When a land magnate in the ancient west tries to steal his family's farm and ruin their peaceful village, a young boy uses the inspiration of great western characters to fight back. Stiles' attack on Jonas Hackett causes Daniel Hackett's initial instinct to be to depart with his family, abandoning the farm that he has come to loathe in order to escape the danger. After spending the night alone by a lake to think things over, he falls asleep on the boat and wakes up in the wild west surrounded by legends like Paul Bunyan, Calamity Jane, and Pecos Bill. While Daniel's "real-world" adversaries Stiles and the henchmen continue to terrorize the village, they are joined by the kid and his fellow citizens in an epic battle against the land grabers, who are intent on destroying their community.
