In August 2015, a member of ISIS got on the Brussels-to-Paris train #9364. The terrorist had an AK-47 and enough bullets to kill more than 500 people. He might have been successful if not for three American friends who didn't give in to their fear. One was a college student, another was a fan of martial arts and an airman first class in the U.S. Air Force, and the third was a member of the Oregon National Guard. All three were fearless as they charged the gunman when he came out of a bathroom armed and ready to kill, and they eventually beat him.
