One day, a young woman moves into an apartment that her grandmother used to live in and then died in a strange accident. As soon as she moves in, she meets some very strange neighbors. Rats and flies start to infest her apartment, and someone is clearly out to get her. When she looks around, there are a lot of weirdos. Who could it be? The only person who is kind is the one who lives upstairs. When the young woman moves furniture, the woman below her hammers the floor so hard that she breaks tiles. It's said that she's an 80-year-old woman. After a while, a different neighbor seems to be more intrusive and even dangerous. It can't be ruled out that her boyfriend of a few years is a weatherman, either. She moved into their apartment even though he didn't want her to move in with him.
