The Accidental Tourist

Macon Leary, a travel writer, appears to be sleepwalking through life after the death of his son. Macon's wife, on the other hand, appears to be having difficulties and believes that the two should simply separate. Following the breakup, Macon encounters a strange extroverted woman who appears to bring him back to reality. Macon's wife seems to believe that their marriage is still worth a try after beginning a relationship with the extroverted woman. Macon is then faced with numerous decisions.
