After being engaged in a terrible vehicle accident, loser Marvin Mange is brought back to life by a crazed scientist as a hybrid being that is half human and half animal. His newly discovered abilities are incredible; but, the negative affects that come along with them threaten to consume his existence. Now, Marvin needs to fight to control his crazy primitive urges around Rianna, his new squeeze, and Sgt. Sisk, his competition, who both think that he is one awesome kitty.
