The Barefoot Contessa

When independently wealthy Kirk Edwards hires has-been director Harry Dawes to create and direct a film, it gives him fresh life. A dancer who would star in the film is Maria Vargas, so they travel to Madrid to find her. When Alberto Bravano, a multi-millionaire, comes calling, he steals Maria from Kirk. When Alberto refuses to hand over Maria, the Count of Torlato-Favrini intervenes.
