Despite the fact that Christmas is approaching, the Buckley brothers almost always prefer payback to brotherly love. That is, until the four brothers band together to fight the Hagbarts, the meanest bullies at their middle school. Mom, on the other hand, has decided that the Buckleys will spend Christmas at Elve the Hagbarts this year. Matthew, eleven, can't take it any longer. By day, the Hagbarts torture the Buckley brothers into submission, and by night, the Buckleys secretly deliver Christmas treats and gifts to their sworn enemies. Soon, the battle of wits erupts into an incredible plan to exact ultimate vengeance on the Hagbarts. But now that Matthew has learned that he is supposed to be good to those who despise him, what will he do when a little push turns into a big shove?
