The Devil Outside

He's an innocent, raised in a Born Again Christian society that teaches him to search for signals and believe evil is just outside the front door. Going to school, he discovers that no one else believes the earth was created in 7 days or that Jesus will return. Robert is caught between his mother, who is determined to preach Jesus' love to a dying mining town, and his best friend Marcus, who has introduced him to adolescent rebellion. When he comes across a dead body in the woods, he realizes that God has sent him a sign. The Devil Outside is a tale of ordinary insanity.
