The Double

Paul Shepherson, a retired CIA operative, and Ben Geary, a rookie FBI agent, must work together to solve the murder of a U.S. senator whose body had the distinctive trademark of the famed Soviet assassin Cassius. Shepherdson, who has spent his entire career pursuing Cassius, is confident that his adversary is long dead, but his former supervisor Tom Highland urges him to take on the case. Geary, who did his Master's thesis on Shepherdson's hunt of the Soviet assassin, is convinced that Cassius has reappeared.
