There were a lot of people living in Busan in South Korea in the 1970s. As far as I know, Lee Doo-Sam is only a small-time criminal. After assisting a narcotics group smuggle methamphetamine into the United States, he became entangled in the criminal underworld. How does this story end? He takes over the drug underworld and leads a double life. At work, he's a good community leader, but at night, he's an evil drug lord.
