Due to the murder of a Latin American journalist, professional killer Holland is compelled to re-enter the fray to bring down the political torture ring of the Central American administration. He is the supreme sadist who is responsible for torturing innocent victims for political gain. A journalist disguised as Molloch's dead friend's wife and daughter entice him out of his fortress-like headquarters. This hunt leads to an abandoned opal mine, where Dr. Molloch finally comes face-to-face with Holland, who kidnapped his sister.
