The Ghost Writer

A writer discovers a long-buried mystery when he agrees to assist former British Prime Minister Adam Lang in completing his memoirs on a remote island, after the politician's assistant drowns in a suspicious accident. In the suspenseful drama directed by Roman Polanski, the author discovers that his finding poses a threat to some extremely powerful individuals who will do anything to ensure that certain occurrences from Lang's past remain buried.
