The Glass Shield

For the first time ever, J.J. is a black sheriff's department rookie. Some of J.J.'s coworkers are angry about his presence, fueling racial tensions in the department. In the all-male workplace, his only real friend is the other new trooper, who is the first female officer to join the force.
