The Guardsman

An acclaimed actor and his equally acclaimed actress wife have been married for less than a year and are already experiencing marital strain. The actor is certain that his wife is capable of infidelity and sets out to demonstrate this. The actor woos his wife while she believes he (her husband) is out of town by disguising himself as the type of man he believes she desires (a Russian military officer). The actress appears to be succumbing to the "Russian's" advances, but her husband is unable to put his stamp of approval on her actions. The truth eventually comes to light...or does it?
