The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Paris, France, in 1482. Frollo, who is Chief Justice for the kind King Louis XI, falls in love with the beautiful gypsy girl Esmeralda. The hunchback Quasimodo is Frollo's student and rings the bells at Notre Dame. He lives in peace among the bells in the high parts of the huge cathedral until the twisted magistrate involves him in his evil plans to get out of Esmeralda's supposed spell, which he thinks is from the devil.
