The Hussy

François, a twenty-year-old misfit, collects cartons and bottles to sell to local merchants. His parents are callous and insensitive. Mado, an oddball 11-year-old, is ignored by her family due to her weird affection-expressing style. François kidnaps Mado and brings her to live in the attic of his parents' house. Instead of dread, Mado embraces the spirit of the abduction, and they joust, growing in love and comfort together. When the cops arrive, they interpret their actions in a completely different way. This drama is based on fact.
