The Informer

When Gypo Nolan gets down on himself, he turns to alcohol to soothe his pain. He's desperate to get away from his depressing Dublin existence and begin a new life in the United States with his lover. In response to the British government's announcement of a reward for information leading to the capture of his best buddy, current IRA member Frankie, Gypo helps. Gypo can now afford two round-trip tickets to the United States, but will he be able to escape the shame he feels for betraying his friend?
