Siu Man, a woman with a seemingly perfect existence, is abandoned by her husband, in part due to her dread of intimacy. After a series of life crises, she resolves to restart her life by taking over her father's restaurant. Siu Man finally falls for her new chef, a free personality who views food as serious philosophy.
