The Last Day of Summer

Luke Malloy is in complete disbelief. The fact that tomorrow is approaching means that he will be starting Middle School, which means saying goodbye to summer vacation and hello to assignments. And, even worse, say hello to being picked on by Meat, the dreadful tormentor of newcomers to the neighborhood. Due to Luke's apprehension over the next school year, he wishes that the Go Day of Summer would last forever...that his one last beautiful day of pleasure and freedom would never come to an end. However, when his wish is granted, he realizes that he is trapped repeating the same day over and over again, which, as Luke rapidly discovers, isn't any better than the previous experience. What do you do when the "ultimate do-over" doesn't turn out to be everything you hoped it would be?
