The Last of Robin Hood
Errol Flynn, the swashbuckling Hollywood star and known ladies man, defied convention throughout his life, but never more so than in his final years, when, drunk on vodka and unable to confront his mortality, he had an affair with Beverly Aadland, an aspiring actress. Florence, the girl's fame-obsessed mother, helped them have a high-flying affair that spanned the globe. It all came crumbling down in October1959, when events forced the relationship into the open, resulting in a barrage of negative media directed at Beverly and her mother, which only served to fuel Florence's desire to remain in the spotlight.
