The Legend of Billie Jean

Billie Jean Davy, a regular Texas kid, is embroiled in an unusual legal battle. Local boys regularly follow her around and harass her, and one day they decide to destroy her brother's scooter for a laugh. The father of the boys refuses to reimburse them for the scooter's purchase price. The quest for "fairness" takes the teenagers all throughout the state, culminating in the birth of an unlikely hero.
