The Lighthorsemen
1916. The British advance is halted by the Turkish barrier from Gaza to Beersheba. A recent strike on Gaza failed. The invading force comprised the Australian Light Horse. Lighthorseman Frank is hurt by Bedouin. Dave, a young soldier who's a great shot but reluctant to fire at the enemy, replaces him. Dave demonstrates himself amid a German bombing. While recovering, he meets Anne, a kind nurse. The regiment is ordered for a Beersheba flanking attack. But how do you convince the Turks Gaza will be attacked? And how do you cross a desert without water?
