When a screenwriter (Brooks) loses his edge, he seeks assistance from anybody he can... even the mythological "Zeus's Daughter" (Stone). And he's eager to pay whatever price it takes to please this goddess, albeit unwillingly, especially when her guidance gets him back on track with a sure-fire script. However, her assistance does not end there; she also helps the writer's wife (MacDowell) start her own bakery, much to Brooks' dismay.
