Carmelo Vargas, Mexico's most prominent television corporation, has been implicated in significant crimes and illegal operations. To protect his political career, Governor Vargas makes a deal with the TV Corporation's billionaire owners to clean up his image and enter into a covert billion-dollar pact. To change public perception of the corrupt Governor, Carlos Rojo, an ambitious young news producer and Ricardo Diaz, an esteemed TV network star reporter, are responsible for a dirty campaign.
