After the Berlin Wall falls, small-town Michigan farmer Steve Glew boards a plane for Eastern Europe in this remarkable fish-out-of-water narrative. He must find a secret factory that makes the most valuable pez dispensers. If he succeeds, he will lift his family out of poverty and give his ordinary life meaning.
