The Phantom of the Opera

A bitter individual known only as the Phantom resides in the sewers beneath the Paris Opera House. He falls in love with the minor chorus singer Christine and tutors her privately while scaring the rest of the opera house and insisting that Christine be given leading roles. When Christine reunites with Raoul, a childhood acquaintance, and the two fall in love, the situation deteriorates.
