The Song of Cotton
Mianhua ("Cotton"), a young woman, is hired to care for an elderly stubborn boxer who has Alzheimer's illness. The elderly man's son is overseas and barely looks after him, and his daughter with his ex-wife hires Mianhua to look after him-but the daughter distrusts and despises all nannies since they "know nothing but lying, abusing, and taking advantage."
