Peter as well as Michael, raised on the streets of Philly, are the youngsters of Irish mob members, for life connected by the criminal activities of their daddies. Thirty years later, Michael now runs the criminal company and starves for even more power, his harmful shenanigans frequently held in check by his cautious relative Peter. Haunted by the fatality of his sister, whose passing destroyed both his parents, Peter is caught between the desire for childhood years and the truths of his life as an enforcer.
