At the same time that murder suspect Yeo-hoon is brought unconscious to the emergency room after a shooting, an assailant breaks into the house of Tae-jun, the emergency room's in-charge doctor, and kidnaps his wife. The kidnapper contacts the doctor and requests that Yeo-hoon be brought to him. Tae-jun has no choice but to save the patient and sneak him away before the police notice in order to retrieve his wife.
