Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Owl, Kanga, Roo, and Rabbit are preparing a suitable winter home for Eeyore, the perpetually depressed donkey, but Tigger's constant bouncing interferes. Rabbit suggests Tigger go find other tiggers to bounce with, but Tigger believes that "the most wonderful thing about tiggers is" he is "the only one!" However, just in case, the joyfully bouncy feline sets out to see if he can track down relatives.
