Robert Miller, a soldier returning from Afghanistan, is unable to reintegrate into society. He becomes obsessed with tracking down a bunch of local gangsters who are intricately linked to a suspected terrorist cell while living on a violent council estate and finding work in undercover surveillance. Robert takes matters into his own hands and starts on a bloodthirsty quest for justice, which has devastating consequences.
