Wife-to-be, Mark Jansen, owns and runs a newspaper in his hometown in the Midwest where he was raised. Her father is having a hard time making ends meet, so she goes down to the well their town is famous for and wishes for his happiness. Cynthia Tamerline, a very attractive woman who lives in town, comes to town soon after. Make a wish: Cynthia makes a trip to the well on her own. Mark's daughter is with her. In the next day, when she wakes up, she finds that she has been taken to another world that changes her forever.
