Sam Walczak (Mischa Barton) is assigned to monitor the demolition of an apartment home after securing her first contract from her family's demolition firm, only to discover a group of tenants still residing in the condemned structure. Jimmy (Cameron Bright), one of these tenants, informs Sam of an urban legend about a serial killer who used to dwell in the building and entombed his victims in the walls. Worse yet, it is said that the deceased continue to annoy the locals to this day.
