Welcome to the North

Alberto has agreed to supervise a program to increase the efficiency of the Italian Post now that he has relocated to the Far North (Milan!). He devotes all of his time and all of his energy to this great endeavor, neglecting his wife Silvia in the process, which naturally irritates her to no end. Things are not much better at Castellabate, where Matta's wife Maria constantly criticizes him for his lack of ambition. Mattia is sent to Milan one day because of a misunderstanding.
