Welcome to the Sticks

Julie has been feeling down for a while, even though she lives in a nice town in the south of France called Salon-de-Provence. Philippe Abrams, her husband and a manager at the post office, does everything he can to get a transfer to a seaside town on the French Riviera. The problem is that he gets caught trying to trick an inspector. Philippe is sent right away to Bergues, a small, unknown town in the far north of France.
