Fable becomes fact when Jason go back to his daddy's Homeland of the Philippines after his death and investigates the tales he matured hearing. Jason wishes to recognize his dad's home. When he arrives he discovers himself living the misconceptions his daddy informed him as a kid. The strange Magayon, referred to as the Woman in the Woods, asks Jason to help her on her quest to return to her house on a volcanic island in the Philippines. This is the start of a mythological experience that will alter Jason's life.
