Woman on the Run

The only witness to a gangland murder goes into hiding and is chased by a police inspector, who thinks that Frank is trying to flee from possible retaliation for the murder he saw. Frank's wife, Eleanor, thinks he's running away from their marriage because it didn't work out. Danny Leggett is a newspaperman who helps Eleanor find her husband. It's not just Eleanor who is on the lookout for him.
