999: What's Your Emergency?
999: What's Your Emergency? is a British factual documentary that follows members of the emergency services in Blackpool, Lancashire. The series was shot in Blackpool over six weeks in 2011 and follows personnel of the police, fire, and ambulance services as they work together to combat crime and disturbance in the town. Every episode focuses on a different problem, ranging from the harm caused by drugs and alcohol to the reality of domestic abuse, and from the dysfunctional way some families raise their children to the tragedy of those who fall through society's safety net.
