And Then There Were None

The owner Nanao Shin summons ten men and women to the Natural Island Hotel on the remote island of Heitaijima off the coast of Yachijojima. They eat the dinner that has been prepared, full of anticipation and concern about what will happen next and why they have been invited to this island. Then, out of nowhere, they begin to hear a mysterious voice confess their previous sins. As the ten of them reminisce about old events, one of the invited guests is slain right in front of their eyes. That appears to be the impetus for the assassination of another guest, and then another. Following reports of murders, police arrive on Heitaijima many days after the invited guests arrive. On this large "closed room," they discover ten murdered victims. Who is the murderer, and why were these ten people rounded up and killed? Based on Agatha Christie's novel "And Then There Were None," released in 1943.
