Shinigami-kun, also known as Grim Reaper #413, is a rookie who tells people they are going to die and brings their souls to the nether world. He would show up with his signature phrase, "Congratulations! "I'm here to see you," even though it's hard to see how this could be a happy event, and watch over the dying. For a grim reaper, it's also important to talk people out of killing themselves and stop untimely deaths. But because #413 is new to being a grim reaper, he tends to favor humans in his decisions, break the rules of the nether world, and get in trouble with his boss.
