Babylon 5
Space Station Babylon 5 is located in Neutral Space, which is a 5-mile long space station. The Earth Alliance commissioned its construction in the 2250s with the express purpose of fostering harmony among the many alien races by offering a safe haven for the resolution of disputes and negotiations between legally designated ambassadors. Members of the League of Non-Aligned Worlds work along with delegates from Earth Alliance members Minbari Federation, Centauri Republic, Narn Regime, and the Vorlon Empire to keep interstellar ties in check. Other than being a diplomatic hub for Earth, Babylon 5 also acts as a military outpost and a port of call for visitors and commerce alike.
