Bakumatsu Rock
Ryouma Sakamoto wants everyone to know about his love of rock 'n' roll, so he roams the city with his electric guitar to prove he's as talented as the Shinsengumi stars they revere. Unfortunately, Japan only allows Heaven's Songs, and writing or playing other songs can lead to serious penalties. Ryouma does everything he can to teach others that the music he loves will offer them freedom. Ryouma, Shinsaku Takasugi, and Kogoru Katsura secure gigs for their rock band. The group realizes there's more to their enthusiasm as they fight to get their music acknowledged in Japan.
