Battle Through the Heaven

Xiao Yan is a kid prodigy who, for no apparent reason, abruptly loses all of his abilities. In a society in which physical prowess and political influence play the most important roles, Xiao Yan's family is mortified by his lack of talent. Xiao Yan, at the age of15, inadvertently calls forth Yaochen, also known as Baron Chen, from his mother's ring. The help of the elder propels Xiao Yan's already impressive skill set to new heights. Xiao Yan sets out on a quest to locate those responsible for the murder of his entire family and to bring peace back to the Jianghu region after their deaths (martial world). Adapted from the Tian Can Tu Dou novel Battle Through the Heavens, which was written in the xianxia genre.
