Beforeigners
In the not-too-distant future, a new phenomenon begins to occur all across the world, with powerful flashes of light occuring in the seas and people from the past reappearing strangely. These folks, known as "beforeigners," hail from three different epochs: the Stone Age, the Viking era, and the late nineteenth century. A few years later, Alfhildr, a Viking, is tasked with investigating the murder of a beforeigner with the help of Lars Haaland, a burned-out police officer. The two begin to piece together a wider plot surrounding the unexplained mass arrivals.
