Based on Gu Man's wildly successful internet novel, the plot follows a kind-hearted young woman who works for a multinational corporation. However, one of her faults is that she loves to eat, and upon learning this, her boss tries to purposefully fatten her up; she shares the same blood type as his sister, thus he has the ulterior objective of using her as a blood donor. Consequently, comedy ensues as she melts his heart with her extraordinary appetite and endearing charisma.
