Murakami was childhood friends with a girl he called Kuroneko. One day, while attempting to persuade Murakami of the presence of aliens, she is murdered in an accident in which he narrowly lives. Guilty of his role in the accident, Murokami chooses to devote his life to proving the existence of aliens. Then, one day, a new kid with unknown talents transfers into his class who not only looks like Kuroneko but is also named Kuroha, Neko.
