Co-produced by Warner Bros. Television and Jerry Bruckheimer Television for CBS, Close to Home is an American crime-drama television series. The show was originally titled American Crime while it was in pre-production. Actress Jennifer Finnigan played Annabeth Chase, Marion County, Indiana's deputy prosecutor, from October 4, 2005 through May 11, 2007. Jim Leonard helmed the series, which was shot mainly in Southern California. Michael A. Levine composed the music. CBS announced the series' cancellation on May 16th, 2007.
