Count Arthur Strong is a faded star from the golden days of variety. He is prone to grandiose ideas, selective memory loss, and saying things that don't make sense. He wasn't as famous as he thinks he was or still thinks he is. Arthur thinks that another great entertainment success is just a phone call away, so he spends his day taking advantage of every chance that comes his way, like getting a free lunch or selling a bad foot spa he doesn't want. He causes chaos and confusion wherever he goes, blissfully unaware that he has done so.
